We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you need to return or exchange an order, please follow the instructions below.

We gladly accept any unworn, unwashed or unaltered products in like new condition within 30 days of the purchase date for exchange or refund. Clearly marked "final sale" or "discontinued" items are no eligible.
To be eligible for exchange or return, please make sure that:
- The product was purchased in last 30 days.
- The product isn't used or damaged.
- Product has it's packing.
Products that do not meet these criteria will not be considered for return. Merrowknits is not responsible for any return made using a personal return shipping label without prior authorization.
Exchanges for alternate colors or sizes will be processed upon request, provided the replacement is same style as the return. To exchange for a new style, a refund will be issued and a replacement order will be placed at the shopper's convenience.

Damaged Items
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Items marked Clearance, Final Sale or Discontinued may not be returned.
